It's hard to believe that it's already October. Now that it's a little cooler, pull out the camera and have a quick photo session with the kids. Try something different this year....don't worry about getting the perfect posed shot. Get down on their level and snap away while they are just playing. You'll be amazed how you can capture their personalities this way. Some of my favorite pictures of my kids are the ones where they are interacting with each other. We offer tons of holiday cards that display several different photos on one card. It's a great way to include a group picture as well as individual pictures of your children.
I was talking with a friend at church Wednesday night about what she wants for her card design and she had a great idea. She wants to include her blog address. That's a perfect way to keep everyone up to keep in touch all year long. I think I may put it on the back of the card.
Our cards are processed in a lab that prints for professional accounts only. They are never printed at the local discount labs or on our home printer. We sometimes print our samples of designs on our computer printer, but all of the orders are printed professionally. We do have actual samples of the various finishes--gloss, linen, pearl, etc.
Our holiday deadline is December 3rd, but please order as early as possible. After December 3rd, we will be happy to customize our cards with a New Years message of your choice.
Kelli and I will be at Chapel of the Cross today. Their annual "Day in the Country" is from 9 until 4. Have a wonderful day!
